​​What is UBE? 

Novel technology to realize the minimal invasive endoscopic spinal surgery for all kind of diseases.
Before UBE, endoscopic spinal surgery had limited indication and open surgery was the main solution for the most of diseases.
But now, by this UBE technology, all the diseases (lumbar herniated disc, spinal stenosis, foraminal stenosis, lumbar fusional surgery) can be treated by endoscopic operation and no more open surgery is enabled.

Indications 

+ Lumbar herniated disc
+ Lumbar spinal stenosis
+ Lumbar foraminal stenosis
+ Lumbar interbody fusion with screw fixation, etc.

Symptoms

• Back pain / Buttock pain

• Radiate to calf / sole

• Occasionally associated with pin and needle sensation / numbness and weakness of leg

• Unable to walk / unable to stand
